WOW FEELS LIKE A LIFE TIME AGO 😮

Back in 2010-2011 I was one of the first people in the UK and indeed around the world to become certified as a Parkour Coach. 

As part of the Jump London Project and in the lead up to the London 2012 Olympic games many people who were already teaching parkour became certified. 

The #unitedkingdom was the first country in the world to recognised parkour as a sport in 2017.

Since then I have continued to develop my parkour coaching company, working with thousands of students of all ages and many organisations. ❤️

Back then Art du Déplacement And Parkour Teaching (A.D.A.P.T), and ParkourUK coaching qualification was the same thing but I understand that now they are two separate certifications.
