At London Parkour Project, Results Day is just as important as Grading Week itself.
Every term, our students spend three months developing their physical skills, discipline, focus, and understanding of movement. Grading Week allows them to demonstrate what they have learned. Results Day gives them the opportunity to reflect on that journey.
During Results Day, students sit down with their coaches to review their performance and discuss their progress. Together, we look at what went well, identify areas for improvement, and set clear goals for the next term.
For many young people, learning how to receive feedback is just as valuable as learning a new physical skill. Success is not simply about achieving the next grade. It is about developing the mindset required to improve over time.
Not every student will achieve the result they hoped for. Some students will pass. Some students will not. While this can be disappointing, it is also an important part of the learning process.
At London Parkour Project, we teach that setbacks are not failures. They are opportunities to learn, adapt, and come back stronger. Results Day helps students understand that progress is built through consistent effort, reflection, and perseverance.
The day is also an opportunity to celebrate the hard work our students have put in throughout the term. After months of focused training, Results Day provides a chance to relax, spend time with friends, and enjoy being part of the wider London Parkour Project community.
One of the most important lessons we teach is that everyone progresses at their own pace. Some students will pass. Some students will not. But we all move forward together.
This philosophy sits at the heart of everything we do. We are not only developing better movers; we are helping young people build confidence, resilience, responsibility, and character.
Results Day is where that learning becomes visible.
Use Body, Train Mind.
