Mon 7:30 - 8:30 pm (Beginners)
Thur 7:40 - 8:40 pm (Intermediate)
Fri 8:00 - 9:00 pm (Beginners)
Sat 3:00 - 4:00 pm (Advanced)

Technical movements
As part of the class we train over 150 core parkour techniques. Many of which help with increasing your ability to move.
Ever tried a farmers walk while also trying to balance on a bar. No? We you can give it a try with us.
Basic vaults helps you to navigate an environment with multiple obstructions.
Stay active and maintain your autonomy.
Swinging under and through obstacles.

Systematic Training Method
Using our systematics grading system you are able to work on foundational movements and build towards milestones in a measured yet progressive way.
Every3 months we grade students helping them to check in with their current level of progress or advance to more complex technical movements. In this way we better manage risk and develop the individual.


Ground Work
Build coordination & build muscles around joints to help prevent injury.

Fitness Training
Weights training to develop the body and push past you plague.

Strength & Conditioning
Body weight training to prepare the body for the high forces experienced while practicing parkour.
Also practicing these moves in parkour specific ways. Squats on bar to improve balance and prepare for bar precisions.
