It is never too late to start,
WHAT TO EXPECT
We even have:
injury recovery,
and general strength and conditioning training (if you have not trained in a long time)
Family Parkour (parent and child ages 2-4 try together)
Parkour Parents Class (for those with 5-7yrs)
and Standard Parkour Training

Stay active into older ages with our local adult parkour classes.
AGE RANGE
The typical are ranges are from late 30s to mid 60s, but we also do add in a few 15+ students into the mix.
