Blue- to Brown-Band Training
26 parkour conditioning moves.
All body weight.
Training for 11 months.
Need over 80% to pass.
Assessment over two 1.5 hr sessions.

The Beast Mode
This part of our training was first developed as part of our 15 hour parkour camps which happen over a full week. Three hours a day, 5 days a week. This authentic training was based on my experiences of doing a A.D.A.P.T level 2 parkour coaching course, which itself was developed in combination with the Yamakasi Founders.
Later this method would be modified for the outdoor elite parkour athlete program, and also the adult parkour sessions.
So far about 20 people have taken the Beast Mode, but only 4 have ever passed. Some people have even taken it twice.
Today
We have now reorganised our training system to include this as a core part of our programme.
Students who have trained up to the Blue-Band, typically after a year, will be eligible for the Brown-Band (AKA The Beast Mode) training.
This means all students ages 8 and above can now experience this part of the journey.

Don't expect it to be easy

If it's hard, we do it hard.
The beast mode really is hard, but when you succeed it really will be an accomplishment.
Yes we have had an 8 year old complete it before, and we have also had many adults who did not pass.
